Millionero - varování, Podvod

The entire system operates as a coordinated infrastructure divided into three main elements: client acquisition (call center), money processing (local fiat gateways) and final capital storage (foreign crypto exchange). The goal is to bypass banking controls and minimize the legal footprint in Slovakia by rotating companies on virtual addresses.
🏢 Overview of connected entities
Millionero (Parent platform)
A global cryptocurrency exchange without a proper license for the European market (legally linked to mailboxes such as LYNOKOR SPÓŁKA Z O.O. and ZANIXO CORP.).
It creates local legitimacy through sports marketing - in Slovakia it operates as the main and gold partner of the football club ŠK Slovan Bratislava.
Chic & Rich s. r. o. (Sales engine)
Physical headquarters: Offices and call center in the TOWER 5 building at Kalinčiakova 33, Bratislava.
Role: Provides capital inflow through aggressive cold-calling. Operators call Slovak business owners and entrepreneurs, pressuring them to invest company money on the Millionero exchange. The company generates revenue of almost 2 million euros through this marketing.
Megixo s. r. o. (Payment gateway and license building)
Registration: Uses a virtual address in Bratislava (Karpatské námestie 10A).
Role: Served as an approved partner and domestic collection account. Slovak clients sent euros to the account of this s.r.o. so that the transactions would not be suspicious for domestic banks. Megixo converted the money and sent it to Millionero.
Capital coverage: The company increased its share capital to exactly €150,000. This amount exactly copies the highest capital limit required by the European MiCA regulation for crypto-exchange operators. This is a direct attempt by the crypto-group to obtain a license from the National Bank of Slovakia and legalize the structure for the entire EU through the so-called "European passport".
Spotexo s. r. o. (Alternative Fiat Gate)
Registration: Virtual address in Bratislava (Zámocká 3, where over 2,500 companies are registered).
Role: It works on an identical principle to Megixo. It serves as a backup transaction node for the flow of fiat currencies (EUR) if the primary accounts of the network are blocked by banks due to suspicious operations.
Poloniex (Transit Exchange)
A well-known international platform used in this scheme as a clearinghouse. Local Slovak mailboxes (Megixo/Spotexo) use it to massively convert euros collected from entrepreneurs into stablecoins (e.g. USDT) before their final transfer to Millionero structures.
🇬🇷 Warning precedent from Greece (HCMC)
The Greek Capital Market Commission (HCMC) has issued an official warning against the Millionero platform.
Reasons for the warning: Absence of a license, unregistered financial activity and aggressive marketing through local fake companies (in Greece, these were VS LIONS and OLYMPUSS entities).
Slovak parallel: The operating model of the Slovak call center Chic & Rich s. r. o. shows the same characteristics and aggressive sales tactics as the Greek regulator warned against.
🤫 Legal self-defense: Non-disclosure tactics (NDA)
When dissatisfied clients start demanding their money back and threaten media coverage or the police, the network deploys non-disclosure agreements:
They condition the return of deposits on signing a document with draconian contractual penalties for spreading information about Millionero, Megixo or Spotexo.
Key legal fact: According to Slovak law, any private non-disclosure agreement is invalid if it tries to cover up or limit the reporting of a crime. No one can prohibit a person from testifying to the police or filing a complaint with the National Bank of Slovakia by means of a contractual penalty.
Dobrý den, děkujeme za sdílení zkušeností a detailní popis celého procesu. Důrazně doporučujeme všem se společnosti Millionero vyhnout obloukem.
